How to Sell Content

Learn how to sell 3D content on the platform.

You can sell the 3D content uploaded to the platform and make it publicly searchable by others users.

The sale of content via the platform is subject to a fee of 10% of the purchase price.

Making Content Ready for Sale

1. Choose a Content Entry you wish to become ready to sell.

2. Add metadata to the selected content entry to include purchase details:

Key	Type	Options
display_name	string	Any string representing the name of the content entry.
author_name	string	Any string noting the content creator's name.
description	string	Any string describing the content.
license	string	A string representing the license under which the content is sold. E.g., Standard.
tags	string	Any words separated by , that will be used to find for the content
price	float	A number representing the purchase price for the content. E.g., 0 will set it as free to use.
thumbnail	string	A URL redirecting to an image thumbnail that represented the content.

Becoming a Seller

1. Go to the Subscription page and at the bottom you can find the Register as A Seller button.

2. Click the button to become a seller.

Making Content Available for Purchase

Sharing the Content and Making it Searchable

Once all metadata is set and your account is set as a seller on the platform, you can can make content available for search and purchase by other by publishing it.

The Secret Key must be enabled in the Security page in order to make content available for purchase.

1. In the Content Card click the button.
2. Click Publish

Unpublishing Content

1. In the Content Card click the button.
2. Click Unpublish.
