Collection Sharing Tab

Learn how to share your collections with other users.

This page list all of the users added to the currently loaded collection, as well as their emails and access levels to the collection.

Adding Users to a Collection

By typing into the top bar, you will be able to see a list of users associated with your other collections. You can add them directly by clicking on them, or press enter to manually invite a new user. They will recieve an email indicating they were invited to the collection. Users will be added as viewers by default.

Managing Collection Sharing Settings

Use the dropdowns to change or revoke the access level of a user for the collection. Note that the original creator of the collection cannot be removed as an admin.

Additionally, toggle the buttons at the bottom of the screen to set whether the collection is public or private, and to set if viewers are allowed to download assets.
